| Based on Senphire’s proprietary packaging techniques the series incorporates a high quality silicon MEMs pressure sensor as the sensing element
resulting in high linearity and sensitivity as well as low
offset performance. This is coupled to the latest ASIC
technology with compensation for offset, span and temperature
effects.
The aim of the SMP31A series is to allow customers to
integrate an absolute pressure sensor into their systems using
as small a footprint as possible. Applications include MAP
sensing, pneumatics and OEM applications such as home use weather stations and barometers.
The SMP 31A Series can be specified with pressure ranges from
15-30 psi. For an uncompensated absolute pressure sensor
we have the SMP31 series in the same package outline.
