| Based on Senphire’s proprietary packaging techniques the series incorporates a high quality silicon MEMs pressure sensor as the sensing element
resulting in high linearity and sensitivity as well as low
offset performance. It is ideal as a low cost absolute pressure sensor. It's key
features are its surface mount compatibility and clever package
design utilizing a vent hole for the pressure interface
resulting in a low profile.
The aim of the SMP31 series is to allow customers to integrate
an absolute pressure sensor into their systems at costs close to that of a bare pressure die. It is particularly well suited to high volume OEM applications such as home use weather stations and barometers.
The SMP 31 Series can be specified with pressure ranges from 15-100 psi.
For a compensated and amplified absolute pressure sensor we have
